Australia, Chile, India, Indonesia, Mauritius, New Zealand, Russia, Taiwan : Royal Mail Tracked | £7.99
- Full end-to-end tracking with online confirmation of delivery
- Receives priority handling in the UK and overseas
- Delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days
It is our policy is to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm GMT on the the same working day. Should you wish to change the order you must inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adhere to your requests before the item is dispatched by the warehouse.
Tracking codes can be found on your account orders page, they will appear within 1 day of your item being shipped. They will also appear on your order completion receipt.

Only TRACKED shipping is trackable online and subject to a re-ship should your item not arrive due to a fault by ViviDream or Royal Mail.
High Value Orders
We may upgrade your postage option to a tracked shipping service should your order total exceed £50 (this is a free upgrade requiring no further action from you)
Combining Multiple Orders
Please note: We may combine shipments if the same address is provided for multiple orders on the same day. If you do not want your orders to be combined, you must email us BEFORE placing the order, as shipments may be combined. If you would like a refund for the shipping costs not used in the combined order, it is your responsibility to contact us and request this.
