Shipping Times

It is our policy is to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm GMT on the the same working day. We only ship Mon-Fri so if we receive your order Friday evening it won’t be dispatched until Monday. Should you wish to change the order you must inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adhere to your requests before the item is dispatched by the warehouse.

What if my order is taking ages?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet there isn’t anything we can do to speed it up. 
Once we send the order it’s completely out of our control.
But rest assured we will reship (free) or fully refund you should the item get lost (tracking not updated for 30 days) or tracking says it’s on it’s way back to us.

Tracking codes can be found on your account orders page, they will appear within 1 day of your item being shipped. They will also appear on your order completion receipt, an email sent at the time of dispatch.
If you haven’t received the tracking code, please whitelist jacob@vividream.com and send us an email to resend it.
Only TRACKED and TRACKED + SIGNED shipping is trackable online and subject to a re-ship should your item not arrive due to a fault by ViviDream or Royal Mail.

High Value Orders

If you’re from the UK we may upgrade your postage option to a tracked shipping service should your order total exceed £50 (this is a free upgrade requiring no further action from you).

Combining Multiple Orders

We may combine shipments if the same address is provided for multiple orders on the same day. If you do not want your orders to be combined, you must email us BEFORE placing the order, as shipments may be combined. If you would like a refund for the shipping costs not used in the combined order, it is your responsibility to contact us and request this.
